This evening, the entire UNH greek community attended Grand Chapter. This event occurs each semester and features a different speaker each time. This semester the speaker was David Stollman from Campus Speak.
"David has been an active volunteer of his fraternity, Sigma Phi Epsilon, since 1995 but now spends his time as an advisor for the Alpha Sigma Tau sorority at New York University. He started off teaching recruitment and developed the Recruitment Boot Camp program that has helped thousands of fraternity and sorority chapters recruit more high quality members. David is also the co-founder of CAMPUSPEAK and for over 15 years fraternity and sorority communities have turned to him to inject some backbone into their membership standards."
The presentation was called "Buy In, or Get Out" and it was quite inspirational to all of the Alpha Chi Omega sister.
"Too often, good leaders and good chapters are not able to succeed because they are too busy cleaning up after the ones that don’t get it. Fixing their problems or fighting their negative image? Imagine how much more we could accomplish if they were part of the solution instead of part of the problem."
