Sister of the Week

Alex Moran went out of her way to fully clean the couch this morning. Instead of complaining about how much it smelled, like everyone else was doing, she was the one that actually decided to do something about it. She vacuumed the entire couch and fabreezed it!

Movie Night and Ice Cream Sundaes

Last night our lovely VP Membership Development, Laura Gilbert, planned a movie night and ice cream sundae sisterhood event.  A bunch of sisters started out in the kitchen making their ice cream sundaes and then they all made their way upstairs to the TV room to watch Clueless.

Sister of the Week

Taylor Risotti is so helpful and takes time out of her day to come to the house and help sisters out with things that she does not need to do. She is a great friend.

Bids Day

Today, the Alpha Tau chapter of Alpha Chi Omega enjoyed its Spring Bids Day.  All the sisters were cheering as our newest members entered the house together.  They met with their carnation sisters and then took lots and lots of pictures.  After that the chapter enjoyed lovely desserts and drinks set up by VP Education Sarah Trombley.  The new members received their very first Alpha Chi t-shirts and enjoyed a lovely day getting to know their new sisters.

This evening, the sisters of Alpha Chi Omega were pleased to host the brothers of Tau Kappa Epsilon for a pasta dinner.  Our lovely social chair Evelyn Graff put the event together, and it was quite the enjoyable evening.  The food went fast while AXO's and the brothers of TKE got to know each other better.

Valentine's Day

Valentine's day at Alpha Chi Omega was quite exciting.  Flowers were being delivered all day long and our mailman had quite a hefty pile of Valentine cards to deliver.  The parents and the boyfriends made this day very special for a number of AXO's.  The day finished on a high note when an a cappella group came to sing to us.

Sister of the Week

Brianna Desrochers did an amazing job this week, working countless hours on recruitment. She did a great job, especially considering that it was her first time doing recruitment!

UNH Greek Awards

Today, our past and current exec attended the UNH Greek Awards.  We walked away with the more awards than any other chapter and even some of the sisters won personal awards.  It was a very successful day and it was great for our chapter to get recognition for all the hard work the exec board did last spring and this fall.
